l Rustico is an Italian restaurant with a bed and breakfast, located in the center of La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, two blocks from the promenade along the sea, in a quiet section of town. The main building is surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical trees.

Besides the outdoor restaurant and the pizza oven in the garden, there are two palapas — small buildings with the rooftops made of palm leaves, each one furnished with queen-sized beds, bathrooms and air conditioning.

The owners of the Il Rustico are an Italian couple — Alessandra, from Rome, and Franco, from Grosseto. The cuisine reflects the simplicity and tastiness of central Italy.

Il Rustico strives to provide the guests with hospitality and simple Italian food of good quality and of moderate price.

The restaurant is open from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. during the week and from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Sundays. We are closed on Tuesdays.
